How does it work?
1. Video Call
Contact me and schedule a Zoom call to discuss your project. We’ll learn from each other and see if we're a good fit to work together and achieve your goals.
2. Contract
After our call, you’ll receive a proposal & contract form. If you decide to work with me, you’ll be asked to sign the contract and make a deposit to book your spot.
3. Discover
You’ll receive a workbook to do some homework. You’ll be asked to submit it before our clarity session over Zoom for a deep dive into the visual brand concept.
4. Design & Polish
You’ll receive design drafts in PDF documents. You’ll review them and send your feedback to me for refinement.
5. Delivery
Once all the designs are approved, you will receive a link to well-organized final files in Dropbox.
6. Follow Up
We’ll have a follow-up call over Zoom to go over how to use your brand's visual elements. Cheers!

For a full-custom branding project, I only work with one client per month. I only accept a limited number of clients to ensure high-quality results. I am typically booked 2 months in advance.

I ask for a 50% non-refundable deposit to officially book your project, which can be paid by check, bank wire transfer, or PayPal. Once we receive the final payment, all materials and files will be delivered to you.

Yes, I offer a payment plan. Custom branding can be a big investment. I ask for a 50% non-refundable deposit upfront to officially book your project. The remainder of the balance is divided into two or four payments.

All final logo designs and design elements come in different file formats including JPG, PNG, EPS, and SVG files. You can also edit and resize your logo or design elements as needed.

Yes, once a brand project is completed, I offer project-based design services to create marketing collateral and continue to help your brand grow. Please contact me for more details.

Before starting the logo design, I have a 30-minute clarity session with my clients over Zoom, and we create a brand visual mood board to ensure we are heading in the same visual direction. My clients are usually very pleased with how smoothly the logo design process goes.
